Description
Adlai Stevenson was a popular and effective governor of Illinois before running twice unsuccessfully for president against Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1952 and 1956. He later became an ambassador to the United Nations where he remained until his death in 1965.
Item Condition: Used Acceptable. August 1965 First Printing. Paperback cover has some wear. Page yellowing and underlining and the binding is secure.
