To write a book on iridolgy and try to surpass the grand work of Dr. Bernard Jensen would indeed be presumptuous on my part. My purpose in writing this book is merely to add another witness to his work. In addition, I have learned some things not only about iridology but how to relate iridology with the use herbs ab a mild food diet. A person cannot only recognize improvement because of the way he feels but he can also watch the changes take place in his eyes. If such results can be achieved the logic of a mild food diet and use of herbs must be sound, and iridology must be sound
