1st edn. Tall 8vo. Original gilt lettered red cloth (lower board lightly marked, corners and edges lightly rubbed – otherwise VG), no dustwrapper. Pp. xxxix + 1071 (no inscriptions).
Item Condition: Used Acceptable. 1966 edition. Hardcover has significant wear, scuffs, small marks, stains and small tears. Dust jacket has significant wear and tears. Spine has significant reading creases and wear, small tears on top and bottom. Pages have some marks and small tears on some pages but largely are clean and the binding is secure.
