This work is sponsored by the USAF MSC Association, Inc. as a continuation of the USAF MSC History Project. This soft cover publication is the product of several years of research by Dr. Jimmy D. Sanders, and is the accumulation of more than 50 years of the USAF Medical Service Corps’ history. The stories collected in this history project will hopefully document examples of individual courage, sacrifice, and other personal and professional challenges experienced by MSCs in ways that help explain the image of excellence the Corps currently enjoys.
