This book is a novel by Charles Kingsley, its complete title being Westward Ho! or the Voyages and Adventures of Sir Amyas Leigh, Knight of Burrough, in the County of Devon, in the Reign of Her Most Glorious Majesty Queen Elizabeth. It was first published in 1855, in a year in which its author was thirty-six years old and already a famous man.
Item Condition: Used Acceptable. 1948 edition. Hardcover has significant wear, scuffs, small marks, stains and small tears. No dust jacket. Spine has significant reading creases and wear, small tears on top and bottom. Pages have some marks and small tears on some pages but largely are clean and the binding is secure.
