Hardcover; Very Good; Signed by Author; No Dust Jacket; 125 pp., frontis. Stated first printing. A tight, bright, unmarked very good + copy, SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the ffep. Also written in his hand, on the back paste down is, My pen name in this book is “Hot Spur.” H.H. Halsell was born in Texas, October 1, 1860. He followed cattle trails East, North and West from early boyhood up to the time trailing cattle was over. An interesting story about the Indians and the settling of the west by one who experienced much of what he writes.

Item Condition: Used Acceptable. Hardcover has some minor wear along the sides, scuffs and marks. Spine has some wear on the top and bottom, one stain, and some discoloration from blue to green. Pages are clean and the binding is secure.
